The Tasman Group was founded by Salman Anis, who has spent years working directly with companies across the South Pacific. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the operational challenges these businesses face — not just the technical ones, but the cultural, structural, and environmental realities that shape how organisations actually work in this region.
